Registration Deadline In order to be fully registered for the 2009-10 season, each/all officials must attend an on-ice seminar, must have passed the closed book exam & the open book exam and must have the crest sewn on the sweater before going on the ice. The deadline for the open book exam is November 15, 2006. In order to meet this deadline, every official must have submitted their open book exam via the postal service or thru the Internet no later than November 15, 2009. Officials taking the open book exam for the second time must have also remitted the re-take by November 15. You will not be allowed to referee games until the crest is attached to your sweater. If you have completed all requirements yet have not received your crest, remember it is your responsibility to call USA Hockey in Colorado Springs to find out your status. Remember that Colorado Springs is in the Rocky Mountain STD time and is two hours behind us here on the East Coast. Annual Meeting Update
